Notre Club, Association loi de 1901, n'a pas le droit de faire du commerce.
Les pièces que nous vendons ne sont destinées par essence même, qu'aux DELAHAYE.
Ces ventes ne font donc concurrence à aucun professionnel de la vente de pièces détachées.
Cela dit, elles ne peuvent être vendues que pour apporter un service à un adhérent du Club.
En d'autres termes, il faut donc être à jour de sa cotisation.

Toutes les pièces détachées proposées par le CLUB ne peuvent être vendues qu'à ses Membres, à jour de cotisation.

Nous vous rappelons que les pièces ne sont ni reprises, ni échangées, ni garanties.

L'expédition peut maintenant être effectuée vers l'étranger.

Les pièces seront expédiées après accord du Membre qui passe commande et réception du chèque (pièces + transport).


La distribution des pièces commandées pourra égalemant être effectuée lors des réunions et sorties, et sur le stand du Club à RÉTROMOBILE.


Le règlement peut être effectué en espèces ou par chèque, en Euros, libellé à l'ordre du CLUB DELAHAYE. Dans ce cas le chèque doit être établi impérativement sur le compte bancaire personnel du Membre du Club acquéreur des pièces.

Les pièces sans indication de prix (NA) sont en cours de réapprovisionnement.

 

 


Packaging and shipping to foreign countries are now possible.

The spare parts will be shipped after agreement of the Member who orders and after reception of his cheque (spare parts + packaging and shipping).


The delivery of the ordered spare parts is usually completed during meetings and rallies, or at the stand of the CLUB DELAHAYE during the RÉTROMOBILE show.


All orders for spare parts must be accompanied by a cheque in Euros, that should be payable to the Club DELAHAYE. Cash is also accepted, but if you pay in a cheque, it is required that the cheque get issued on the personnal bank account of the Member who buys spare parts.
